Automation and AI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain **AI- and automation-driven solutions** that facilitate the swift configuration of MCP for client implementations.

• Utilize **LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude)** to analyze client documentation (such as underwriting guidelines, product matrices, and policies) and produce configuration outputs.

• Construct and refine **automated workflows** with tools like **n8n, Power Automate, Zapier**, or custom scripts to enhance the efficiency of repetitive tasks during the implementation process.

• Integrate outputs with system APIs to **fill configuration templates and system admin interfaces**.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to **identify significant use cases** and convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to ensure that solutions are **secure, compliant, and maintainable**.

• Develop internal documentation, **training resources**, and guides to support adoption and promote team self-sufficiency.

• Remain updated on AI/automation trends and proactively suggest **new tools or methodologies** that can enhance efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in a position centered on **automation, AI/ML, or software development**.

• Direct experience with **workflow automation platforms** (e.g., n8n, Power Automate, Zapier).

• Familiarity with **Large Language Models (LLMs)** such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, or comparable technologies.

• Strong comprehension of **REST APIs, JSON**, and systems integration principles.

• Proficient in **JavaScript, Python, .net**, or other scripting languages utilized for automation.

• Knowledge of **cloud platforms** (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and best security practices.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to work autonomously on ambiguous or evolving projects.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• **Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in the **mortgage or fintech sector**, especially in implementation or configuration roles.

• Familiarity with **Loan Origination Systems (LOS)**, particularly Mortgage Cadence.

• Experience with **document parsing**, data extraction, and AI-based content analysis.

• Exposure to **RPA tools** such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is advantageous.

• Knowledge of **prompt engineering** techniques and model fine-tuning is a plus.
