Automation & AI Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain automation and optimization workflows across various business sectors — including Operations, Sales, Design, and Development; for instance, by creating internal dashboards, automating repetitive tasks, conducting data analyses, and generating reports — utilizing tools such as n8n, Zapier, Retool, alongside Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and other AI tools and their APIs.

• Extract and merge data from different platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Shopify, and other SaaS solutions.

• Offer proactive assistance to other teams aimed at further enhancing processes and boosting overall company efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to analyze, structure, and redesign processes from the ground up — encompassing the understanding of business objectives to the delivery of a completed solution.

• Proficiency with automation tools such as Zapier and/or n8n.

• Experience with AI tools and their APIs (e.g., Claude API, OpenAI API) as well as No-Code integrations; familiarity with Claude Code or similar developer tools is advantageous.

• Knowledge of SaaS platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Shopify.

• Methodical, independent working style with a strong grasp of business processes.

• Experience with Retool or similar tools is beneficial.

• Proficient communication skills in German and/or English.
