This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Responsible for overseeing and executing the assigned SCRA process by performing and managing various reporting, auditing, and analytical tasks on a daily basis.
• Provide centralized management of the assigned SCRA process and conduct regular risk assessments of the process.
• Gather data and information through analytics and reporting to ensure transparency for leadership.
• Collaborate with SCRA team members and various COAF internal departments to address challenges in executing SCRA processes.
• Monitor and resolve process breakdowns, and prepare as well as present enhancements to leadership.
• Facilitate training for new hires and ongoing education, including side-by-side coaching and SCRA training for new employees.
• Comprehend the needs of internal and external customers to promote process enhancements.
• Engage in occasional outbound and inbound customer interactions to ensure compliance with processes.
• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
• At least 2 years of experience within the financial industry.
• A minimum of 1 year of proficiency in using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in the auto finance sector is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance or risk management is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in process management is preferred.
