
Auto Sales Manager – Remote with travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a direct auto installment portfolio within a designated region.
• Drive and expand loan sales and customer acquisition in a dynamic environment.
• Promote our Direct Auto Referral Program (DARP) through direct solicitation and collaboration with branch offices in the assigned area to meet or surpass company objectives.
• Offer guidance and support to branches as needed on DARP-related matters.
• Exhibit a passion for assisting customers, fostering strong relationships, identifying financial solutions, and achieving sales goals.
• Generate new business by visiting dealers and advocating for the company’s direct auto finance programs.
• Create and implement local marketing and outreach strategies to attract new customers.
• Propel loan product sales by actively engaging with customers and identifying financial solutions tailored to their needs.
• Follow up with existing dealers to ensure proper service and institute changes where necessary.
• Collaborate with the SVP of Central Operations to assess the profitability of ongoing relationships and make adjustments in business as needed.
• Assist branches with DARP-related issues as necessary.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to recommend the most suitable options for each customer.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with headquarters retail groups, field management, and branch offices.
• Complete and submit timely reports to management as requested.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, the auto industry, consumer lending, or financial services.
• Proficient in developing long-term customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Strong capability to influence purchasing decisions and present financial solutions that align with customer needs.
• Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset, taking initiative to build and expand their own book of business.
• Operationally proficient, reliable, and demonstrates problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills, decision-making abilities, and a strong personal commitment.
• Adheres to company policies, is cooperative, and shows diligence.
• Experience in managing and nurturing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
