This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Investigate, assess, and adjust auto liability, bodily injury, and property damage claims in line with Corporate Claim Standards and specific client requirements.

β€’ Oversee claims from initial assignment through to resolution, managing both represented and non-represented bodily injury claims.

β€’ Conduct liability investigations and formulate suitable claim strategies.

β€’ Set and maintain reserves within authorized levels.

β€’ Review medical records, bills, repair estimates, legal documents, and other expenses related to claims.

β€’ Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and authorized representatives.

β€’ Authorize claim payments within established authority.

β€’ Collaborate with defense counsel and vendors as necessary.

β€’ Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities.

β€’ Ensure timely and precise claim documentation and diary management.

β€’ Prepare claim reports, reserve analyses, and client communications as needed.

β€’ Monitor files in accordance with service commitments and client expectations.

β€’ Provide responsive, high-quality service to clients and other stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 5–10 years of experience in claims handling or equivalent education with a proven track record in claim management.

β€’ Significant experience in managing auto liability and bodily injury claims.

β€’ Experience in evaluating and negotiating both represented and non-represented bodily injury claims.

β€’ Experience in handling first-party and third-party auto liability claims.

β€’ Capability to independently manage a caseload of approximately 125 claims.

β€’ Strong skills in liability investigation, negotiation, and claim resolution.

β€’ Proven ability to make informed liability and settlement decisions with minimal supervision.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

β€’ Strong organizational and time-management skills.

β€’ Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

β€’ Active adjuster license in your home state or designated home state is required.

β€’ Ability to acquire and maintain additional licenses as required.
