This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Developing or reviewing a thorough estimate of damages for both 1st and 3rd party material damage claims.

• Providing training, mentoring, quality control, and technical support on material damage claims.

• Engaging in settlement negotiations and meticulously documenting all activities within complex files across various lines.

• Assessing settlement options by analyzing regulatory compliance and principles of fair claims practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in estimating to create or verify estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of varying severities.

• In-depth knowledge of all policy types offered by the company.

• Practical experience with CCC ONE or comparable estimating software.

• Demonstrated skills in negotiation.

• Excellent time management capabilities.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Dedication to providing a customer-centric experience.
