• At least 12 months of experience in Auto Damage.

• A valid driver’s license (must comply with company underwriting standards).

• Capability to uphold relevant state and federal certifications and permits.

• Openness to flexibility regarding primary work location.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Mechanical understanding.

• Strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
