• At least 12 months of experience in Auto Damage

• A valid driver’s license is required

• Capability to uphold relevant state and federal certifications

• Strong computer skills and mechanical understanding

• Exceptional attention to detail along with decision-making abilities

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills

• A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent
