This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations into claims and verify the details of the loss.

• Assess coverage, evaluate liability and damages, and facilitate negotiations for claim resolutions.

• Recognize customer needs and strive to fulfill those requirements.

• An active insurance license is required (or all current appointments must be terminated before onboarding).

• Excellent organizational abilities, proactive mindset, and strong communication skills.

• Capability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
