⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing auto bodily injury claims (both first-party and third-party).

• Current Adjuster License.

• Knowledgeable in demand evaluation, attorney negotiations, and reserve management.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.

• Proactive rather than reactive—able to foresee needs and take action without prompting.

• Collaborative, inquisitive, and adaptable—providing constructive feedback on product improvements rather than just reporting issues, viewing platform enhancement as part of your role.
