📋 Description

• Conducts preliminary investigations related to various aspects of auto claims including coverage, liability, and damages.

• Assesses customer requirements and strives to fulfill those needs by applying suitable customer service techniques.

• Collaborates to evaluate subrogation or fraud possibilities and determines the appropriate course of action.

• Demonstrates a fundamental understanding of the insurance policies issued by the company.

• Plays a vital role in assisting clients during automobile incidents by meticulously examining each claim and verifying the facts of loss.

• Capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent customer service abilities along with strong multi-tasking skills.

• Basic knowledge of the systems and technologies utilized within the organization.

• Fundamental understanding of the insurance policies provided by the company, as well as the industry and interdepartmental relationships.

• Begins to recognize and identify vehicle components and other potential property damages.
