Authentication Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Oversee real-time customer authentications for bags and leather goods.

• Evaluate internal tests to guarantee accuracy and consistency across various brands, materials, and product categories.

• Interact with customers as necessary to gather additional information and facilitate the authentication process.

• Authenticate bags and leather goods brands supported by Entrupy by analyzing Entrupy’s image-based data and engaging in extensive brand learning.

• Precisely assess and label each item to aid in the machine learning process and enhance algorithm training.

• Achieve and surpass service level agreements through high-quality and efficient processing.

• Report directly to the BLG Authentication Regional Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.

• Proficient in extracting information from extensive, often similar, datasets.

• Capable of monitoring and analyzing large quantities of data.

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Technologically adept; experience with internal information systems, Google Suite, Slack, and other applications.

• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and hours outside of Entrupy’s public online hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
