This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a Sales Representative, you will represent the NUK (MedicPro) brand in hospitals throughout East Germany.
• You will collaborate closely with maternity wards, neonatal departments, and pediatric specialists.
• Your objective is to establish trustworthy relationships, provide professional support to medical staff, and continuously enhance the use of specialized NUK hospital products.
• You will be part of a small, experienced sales team of five and will independently manage your territory, which includes Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, Thuringia, and Saxony-Anhalt.
• We will support your professional development through regular feedback and access to digital training and educational opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and university hospitals in your region.
• Conduct regular visits to departments and specialized areas to support medical staff and introduce products.
• Analyze customer needs and provide advice on practical, compliant product solutions.
• Assess regional performance and identify growth and development potentials.
• Introduce NUK MedicPro products in facilities currently using competitor products.
• Represent the brand at conferences, events, and professional meetings.
• Relay market and customer information to internal teams.
• Independently plan and organize your sales territory, including travel activities.
• Minimum: experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
• Comfort and proficiency in communication with medical professionals across different hierarchical levels.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in commonly used MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Valid driver's license, high willingness to travel, and occasional overnight stays.
• Experience as a medical device consultant or a clinical background.
• Knowledge of collaboration with hospitals or purchasing groups in the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High self-motivation, resilience, and curiosity to learn new things.
• Communicative English proficiency.
