This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will serve as the key link between our clients, our products, and secure technical solutions concerning smoke and heat extraction systems.
• Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships.
• Manage existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Provide technical solutions for smoke and heat extraction systems.
• Conduct assessments for new maintenance objects.
• Actively shape sales strategies and implement them in the designated area.
• Perform market and competitive analyses.
• Reporting and action planning that advances your area strategy.
• Completed technical training (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, HVAC) or commercial training with a technical qualification.
• Initial experience in technical sales, field service, or as a service technician is advantageous.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Enjoyment in customer contact, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor.
• Proficient use of CRM systems, tablets, and mobile tools.
