This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• In your sales territory, you operate independently at the "front line."

• As a sales professional, you consistently focus on the needs and demands of your existing customers.

• At the same time, you continuously discover new ways to expand and develop your sales territory through new customer acquisition, particularly in the bakery-pastry, café, delicatessen, retail, and gastronomy sectors.

• Collaborating with our architects and planners, you create future-oriented store design concepts, staying informed about current trends and challenges in the market.

• You know your sales territory as well as your own home and are the first to be informed about new construction and renovation projects as well as site developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a strong "sales gene" and can demonstrate corresponding successes, ideally from the fields of technical and/or high-quality capital goods, store construction, woodworking, furnishings, etc.

• Your professional demeanor is complemented by the ability to negotiate with decision-makers on an equal footing.

• You have a strong implementation capability and affinity for a hands-on mentality in your industry.
