This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• In your sales territory, you will operate independently at the "front line."

• As a sales professional, you will always be attentive to the needs and demands of your existing customers.

• At the same time, you will continuously seek new pathways to expand and develop your sales territory, focusing on the bakery-confectionery, café, delicatessen, retail, and gastronomy sectors.

• Collaborating with our architects and planners, you will create future-oriented store construction concepts, staying informed about current trends and challenges in the market.

• You know your sales territory like the back of your hand and are the first to be informed about new construction/renovation projects and site development.

• More important than your education is that you possess a strong "sales gene" and can showcase relevant successes—ideally from the fields of technical and/or premium capital goods, store construction, woodworking, or similar areas.

• Your professional demeanor, combined with the ability to negotiate with decision-makers on an equal footing, contributes to your success in the field.

• Your strong implementation skills and affinity for an industry with a hands-on mentality will serve you well.

• As a team player, you are strong in communication and value collaboration with your expert team, as you love achieving shared successes.
