This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Independent acquisition of new customers in the regional B2B market
• Scheduling and conducting on-site meetings with companies
• Consulting and selling advertising spaces to local and regional businesses
• Autonomous closing in the field sales
• Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Self-responsible organization of sales territories and appointments
• Documentation of sales activities in the CRM system
• Collaboration with our internal service and sales team
• Representation of AdWise Media at customer sites
• Proven experience in sales / field sales / direct sales
• Experience in scheduling and closing is an advantage
• Confident and professional appearance with customers
• Strong communication skills and negotiation talent
• High self-motivation and performance-oriented work ethic
• Strong closing ability and perseverance
• Independent working style as a sales representative
• Valid driver's license Class B and personal vehicle required
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Proficient in using phone, email, and digital tools
• Highly attractive commission models without caps
• Realistic earning potential of €5,000 – €15,000+ monthly
• Established market presence and references
• High closing rates due to a unique product
