This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Configure, test, set up, and monitor AV equipment including microphones, soundboards, projectors, mixers, and cameras for both live and hybrid events.
• Oversee the installation, wiring, and physical integration of permanent AV systems within classrooms, offices, and conference areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance, execute firmware updates, and work alongside hardware manufacturers (OEMs) to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain a detailed quarterly inventory of all AV assets, providing recommendations to leadership regarding equipment upgrades.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in professional, enterprise, or live event AV settings.
• Strong expertise with leading AV hardware ecosystems (e.g., Shure, QSC, Crestron).
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds for the transportation and installation of heavy speakers, equipment, and racks.
• Eligibility to obtain and sustain a federal background suitability check.
