Audio Visual Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in planning, executing, monitoring, and finalizing projects, serving as the primary contact for clients to address any inquiries.

• Oversee a diverse range of client projects and/or collections of related projects that carry high risk, complexity, and business significance, managing all facets throughout their entire lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).

• Define and manage project scope and objectives, secure necessary resources, and develop timelines to ensure the timely completion of projects or related project groups.

• Manage changes to contracted scope, time, cost, or quality as needed.

• Create and manage project lifecycle documentation (Project plans, Project Scope, Project Charters).

• Ensure that project management deliverables comply with ET Group procedures and quality benchmarks.

• Address conflicting priorities, issues, risks, mitigation strategies, dependencies, and escalations.

• Effectively communicate project status to various stakeholders, including internal and client cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and executives.

• Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the implementation and delivery of client solutions.

• Oversee project financials and lead retrospectives following project completion.

• Initiate the service handoff process and ensure all closure documentation is filed for reference.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in both French and English.

• Strong grounding in project management methodologies, principles, and practices, along with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

• A creative and innovative mindset.

• Capability to evaluate project risks and priorities, making independent ad hoc decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various management levels and cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• PMP Certification is a plus.

• At least 3+ years of experience managing all phases of complex projects with technology deliverables, ideally within the Audiovisual, Unified Communications, or Information Technology sectors.
