Audio Editor – Polish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Synchronize audio vocals with the corresponding mouth movements in video content.

• Conduct audio recording, along with editing, mixing, and finalizing processes.

• Edit and refine raw audio files by eliminating noise, glitches, inconsistencies, and errors.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure deadlines are met.

• Assist in creating and upholding the sound, tone, and style of various shows.

• Enhance sound quality and dynamics for a superior listening experience.

• Develop reusable templates to improve efficiency in workflows.

• Organize a tracking system to maintain accountability in recording and ensure timely delivery of completed recordings.

• Oversee multiple projects with diverse completion statuses.

• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Operating system: Windows 10/11.

• 64-bit Intel Core Processor (i3 2GHz or faster recommended), or macOS 10.15 Catalina or higher.

• M2, M1, or Intel Dual Core i5 or faster processor.

• At least 8 GB of RAM.

• Minimum 2GB graphics support.

• Dual monitor display setup is required.

• High-speed internet connection.

• Bachelor’s degree in Recording Arts or a related field.

• Skilled in music and video editing software.

• Technical expertise in mixing, scoring, and editing audio.

• A portfolio showcasing previous work is essential.

• Detail-oriented and meticulous.

• Ability to recognize different musical notes and melodies.

• Creative thinking abilities.

• A good ear for musical tones.

• Capability to effectively balance audio and visuals.

• Previous experience in music editing is preferred.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Experience editing audiobooks and podcasts is advantageous.

• Background in post-production work.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of completion.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and maintain organization.

• Proficient in effective collaboration within a team.
