Audience Growth Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily content publishing on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other emerging platforms.

• Create and sustain social media publishing calendars.

• Tailor posts for each platform, focusing on hashtags, formatting, tagging, and accessibility.

• Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions.

• Assist in employee and executive advocacy on social media.

• Evaluate social performance and pinpoint opportunities to enhance reach, engagement, followers, and referral traffic.

• Implement technical and on-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, metadata, internal linking, image optimization, and structured content.

• Assess website SEO health, including indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and search rankings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in social media, SEO, digital marketing, or audience growth.

• Demonstrated success in expanding owned digital channels.

• Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement tactics.

• Practical SEO expertise using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.

• Familiarity with website CMS platforms.

• Strong analytical abilities and reporting skills.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Knowledge of AI-driven marketing and SEO tools.
