📋 Description

• Oversee a team of attorney-represented bodily injury adjusters.

• Provide outstanding claims and inquiry experiences for our Agents via chat-based services.

• Handle escalated customer issues and assist in goal-setting.

• Promote a high-performance, collaborative work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be available during business hours in the Pacific Time Zone.

• Supervise a team of 10–15 adjusters or vendor partners.

• Create and implement strategies for employee performance and claims management.

• Evaluate unit reports and support the objectives of the business unit.

• Keep track of staffing levels and workloads.

• Offer coaching and mentoring to team members.
