This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

β’ At least 1 year of experience in Litigation is essential (preferably in civil litigation).
β’ Minimum one year of litigation experience is necessary.
β’ Demonstrated experience in managing state court litigation (federal court experience is highly desirable).
β’ Exceptional legal writing skills, encompassing petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.
β’ Eagerness to cultivate business acumen alongside legal expertise.
β’ Admission to the Texas Bar is mandatory; admission in additional jurisdictions is a considerable advantage.
