⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Litigation is essential (preferably in civil litigation).

• Minimum one year of litigation experience is necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in managing state court litigation (federal court experience is highly desirable).

• Exceptional legal writing skills, encompassing petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.

• Eagerness to cultivate business acumen alongside legal expertise.

• Admission to the Texas Bar is mandatory; admission in additional jurisdictions is a considerable advantage.
