Attorney – Independent Contractor, U.S Business Immigration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and confirm immigration case strategies to ensure they meet client goals and comply with regulatory standards.

• Assess and authenticate materials prepared for submission to governmental agencies.

• Facilitate legal consultation calls with corporate clients and their employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree.

• US bar license from any state and the authority to practice US law in the state or province of residence.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing US attorney.

• At least 3 years of experience in US business immigration law.

• Advanced knowledge in one or more areas of US business immigration.
