Attorney – FULL TELEWORK

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Analyze case files and perform comprehensive fact-finding reviews.

• Conduct research to support the development of legal opinions on pertinent issues.

• Identify and classify relevant records and other data within record-keeping systems.

• Review and summarize claims and evidence, seeking patterns in the claims.

• Create statistics and tabulations to generate leads and provide supporting data for litigation cases.

• Design charts, graphs, and tables to effectively illustrate findings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) required and licensed in good standing in a US State or Territory.

• Experience in decision writing.

• At least 2 years of legal practice experience.

• Proficiency in using document review software such as Relativity, EverLaw, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
