This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Prepare and evaluate legal documents for the second level review by the Supervising Attorney.
• Manage case files, monitor legal deadlines, and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants regarding case logistics.
• Observe a senior or supervising attorney during appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff’s Sales.
• Aid in the preparation prior to appearances.
• Work in conjunction with members of the state team.
• Actively engage in weekly state meetings.
• Meet weekly in a one-on-one session with the Supervising Attorney.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.), licensed in Florida and in good standing in all jurisdictions.
• Ability to collaborate with others in a friendly and team-oriented environment.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks while adapting to ongoing changes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
