Attorney – Foreclosure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Prepare and assess legal documents for the second level of review by the Supervising Attorney.

• Manage case files, monitor legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants regarding case logistics.

• Observe a senior or supervising attorney during appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff’s Sales.

• Support the preparation efforts prior to appearances.

• Collaborate with members of the state team.

• Actively engage in weekly state meetings.

• Meet one-on-one with the Supervising Attorney weekly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.), licensed in Illinois and in good standing across all jurisdictions.

• Capability to work collaboratively in a friendly and team-oriented environment.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks while being adaptable to ongoing changes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
