This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct meetings independently with wealth advisors, financial planners, and members of the Wealth Solutions group to assess, fund, and manage estate plans.
• Review and summarize existing estate planning documents autonomously, providing suitable recommendations for modifications and additions based on legal changes and family situations.
• Respond to general estate planning inquiries from clients and advisory teams.
• Act as an internal resource for estate planning for wealth management teams across the country.
• Stay updated with relevant estate, trust, and tax legislation nationally.
• Capable of supporting business development through leading presentations and thought leadership publications when necessary.
• Oversee a service specialist, when assigned, in managing daily tasks, training, scheduling, time management, coaching, and mentoring.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state.
• 2-6 years of legal experience in estate planning.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex estate planning concepts to Wealth Management teams and clients.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
