Athlete Experience Lead, Super Age

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Athlete Onboarding and Engagement: Super Age Games

• - Objective: Establish a smooth onboarding process for athletes registering for the Super Age Games, with particular focus on Champion [premium] pass holders.

• - Execution: You will take ownership of developing onboarding materials, designing and facilitating welcome flows and community experiences, as well as creating tailored communication strategies to engage athletes before, during, and after their event journey.

• The Standard: Engagement & Development

• - Objectives: 1) Manage user communication and product modifications to achieve desired user behavior on our training platform, the Standard; 2) Guide the product development roadmap based on user interactions.

• - Execution: Partner with our entire team to ensure users derive value from the platform and drive conversations and planning regarding how to enhance the platform to maximize value for our community.

• Community Building

• - Goal: Cultivate a robust community among our athletes that promotes support, camaraderie, and collaboration.

• - Execution: Organize social gatherings, establish community forums, and facilitate group activities. Keep engagement active through newsletters, our consumer platform, and social media interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Athletic Background: You possess a profound passion for athletics, sports participation, or coaching, along with a solid understanding of athlete needs and experiences.

• Experience Design & Hospitality Expertise: You have a background in designing and hosting events, recognizing how minute details influence the overall experience, including digital events.

• Consumer Product/App Experience: You have experience managing product and/or community workflows for a consumer app, preferably in the fitness domain. You possess a keen ability to leverage user behavior data, feedback, and product goals to inform new features that drive product engagement, momentum, and growth.

• Strong Communication Skills: Your verbal and written communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to connect with athletes on multiple levels.
