This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls from Claro Postpaid customers.

• Provide outstanding customer service.

• Address inquiries and deliver solutions efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a Call Center.

• Must reside in Lima or other provinces.

• Must have a PC or laptop.

• Processor should be at least a 5th generation Core i3 or higher.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM required.

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher.

• USB-connected headphones are necessary.

• Availability for training and remote work.
