This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• You will accompany the client throughout their entire process.
• Provide support and guidance at every step.
• Address questions regarding navigation and the use of the platform.
• Ensure a smooth, clear, and satisfactory customer service experience.
• Multichannel Customer Service regarding purchases or the purchasing process on the e-commerce site.
• Handle requests and complaints in Portuguese.
• Completed secondary education.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Portuguese.
• Excellent communication, writing, and spelling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and intermediate internet navigation skills.
• Availability to work 48 HOURS PER WEEK remotely.
• SCHEDULE: Training: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 PM to 5:00 PM Management Schedule: Monday to Sunday (1 rotating day off) SHIFT 1: 4 AM - 1 PM SHIFT 2: 8 AM - 5 PM *Availability of 2 hours before or after the range*
• Contract from the first day of training, with all legal benefits at 100%.
