This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service to the Peruvian public

• Address inquiries and offer solutions

• Conduct commercial management with quality and warmth

• Work for 7 hours and 30 minutes plus a 45-minute break

• Available to work from Monday to Sunday with a rotating rest schedule

• Choose an evening shift range

• Serve during the established hours: 12:00 pm–8:15 pm, 1:00 pm–9:15 pm, 2:00 pm–10:15 pm, 3:00 pm–11:15 pm, or 3:15 pm–12:00 am

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be of legal age (18+)

• Completed secondary education

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a call center

• Must have personal PC, headset, and internet access

• Availability for remote work

• Availability to work the evening shift

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with a rotating rest schedule
