This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• TELEOPERATOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - CENTRAL DESK 100% REMOTE WORK.
• Customer support and query management.
• Handling calls and monitoring processes.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• ESSENTIAL: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Customer Service via Call Center (Any sector) from 2024-2026.
• Must have tools for remote management: PC or Laptop (Minimum 8GB RAM - Windows 10 Pro and 11 Pro) / Internet (Fixed connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps) / Internet Provider: Claro, Movistar, or Entel / Headphones with microphone or headset / Mouse.
• Must reside in Lima or Callao (mandatory).
• Entry into the payroll with all legal benefits.
• Salary in line with the market + Variable s/300.
