This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Receiving calls from customers interested in purchasing a product

• Assisting customers interested in Claro products through incoming calls

• Providing remote support

• Participating in paid training

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior experience necessary

• Education: Junior High School

• Must have a PC or Laptop with Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise

• Must possess a headset

• Minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps via wired connection

• Availability to work full time, morning shift, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Willingness to participate in paid remote training
