Atención al Cliente - Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls from customers interested in purchasing a Claro product

• Provide assistance to interested customers

• Engage in cross-selling of products

• Work remotely

• Participate in paid training

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education

• With or without experience

• Must have a PC or Laptop with Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise

• Headset required

• Minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps (Wired)

• Availability to work Full Time during morning shift from 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM

• Remote work from home
