Atención al Cliente - Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls from customers interested in purchasing a product.

• Provide assistance to customers inquiring about Claro products through inbound calls.

• Work remotely.

• Participate in paid training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience is not necessary for Claro Cross.

• Education: Junior High School.

• Must have a PC or Laptop running Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise.

• Headset required.

• Minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps (wired connection).

• Availability to work full-time during the morning shift, from 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

• Remote work.

• Focus exclusively on handling calls from customers interested in purchasing a product.
