Atención al Cliente – Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answering calls from customers interested in purchasing a Claro product.

• Assisting interested customers without engaging in cold sales.

• Working as an advisor for Claro Cross remotely.

• Participation in paid training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education.

• No experience required or welcome.

• Must have a PC or Laptop running Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise.

• Headset required.

• Minimum internet speed of 40 mbps (wired connection).

• Availability to work full time in the morning shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Must be available for remote work and training.
