This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Contact customers who are already Claro clients through phone calls to facilitate equipment renewal (fixed or mobile), offering them amazing discounts and promotions for being a Claro customer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in any call center or sales sector.

• Valid experience in customer service, sales, collections, back office, etc.

• Availability to undergo training for 8 days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (paid).
