This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Manage customer calls and provide solutions related to their products or services.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID.
• Education: Technical or University level studies.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer service, sales, collections, or customer loyalty. Experience can be in-person or over the phone.
• Proficient in PC usage at a user level.
• Availability to work full-time at the Surquillo location.
• Fixed salary (S/1423)
• Bonuses (S/140 – S/208)
• Training Selection Bonus: S/.35 for each day attended (paid bi-weekly!)
