This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls from Claro customers (Peruvian public)

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Conduct commercial management during interactions

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 months of experience in a Call Center

• PC or Laptop with Windows 10

• 8 GB RAM

• Minimum wired internet speed of 50 Mbps

• Headset with USB input

• Completion of Junior High School
