This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide personalized assistance and address inquiries and needs of Claro customers.

• Conduct cross-selling during customer interactions.

• Identify opportunities and offer additional products or services tailored to customer needs.

• Join the team in a FULL TIME capacity from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

• Participate in remote training from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older (mandatory requirement).

• Completed secondary education.

• At least 3 months of experience in sales (formal or informal).

• Must have personal work tools: PC or Laptop with a MINIMUM of 8GB RAM (Verifiable).

• Operating system Windows 11 PRO (Verifiable).

• Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).

• Functional headset with microphone (Verifiable).

• Web camera (Verifiable).

• Training schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am - 3:00 pm) - REMOTE.
