Assurance Preparer – BT Prep

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct the initial preparation for Audit, EBP Audits, SSARS engagements, and related tasks.

• Exhibit advanced proficiency in a variety of standard responsibilities.

• Review and assess data records.

• Analyze information based on prior-year data or comparable client information.

• Employ standard procedures for data entry and issue identification.

• Enter information into the relevant software systems.

• Document clear and concise notes regarding missing items and inquiries.

• Enhance and broaden knowledge through provided training materials.

• Participate in subject-matter courses as required.

• Improve efficiency, technical skills, and interpersonal abilities.

• Grasp the technical components of the team's responsibilities.

• Comprehend how completed tasks fit into the overall workflow.

• Engage in special projects and fulfill additional assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time.

• Schedule should cover at least 4 days a week with a minimum of 4 consecutive hours per day.

• Previous experience in audit or assurance is highly preferred.

• An associate degree or higher is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with and proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat is preferred.

• Capacity to adapt to technology and operate in a paperless setting.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and independence regarding client information.

• Precision and attention to detail in various standard tasks.

• Competence in effectively managing workload and completing tasks punctually.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with professionalism.

• Ability to collaborate with others.

• Capability to work independently.
