Associate/Senior Associate, Oracle EPM, ePBCS – Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Support the daily operations of managed services and address client issues promptly.

• Offer troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance to the Oracle EPM managed services team.

• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

• Track service performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and system integration.

• Keep updated on Oracle EPM enhancements and industry developments.

• Aid in the management of service level agreements and adherence to contractual obligations.

• Create and deliver regular reports regarding service performance and client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, in EPBCS or another designated Oracle EPM domain.

• Required EPBCS experience.

• Preferred experience in FCCS, ARC, or PCMCS.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience for Associate level; 5+ years for Senior Associate level.

• Solid understanding of Oracle EPM modules and their functionalities.

• At least one Oracle EPM certification (level 2 support).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Customer-centric mindset.

• Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.

• Must reside on the West Coast in the Pacific Time Zone.

• Proactive, self-motivated, client-focused, and willing to tackle requests beyond specific areas of expertise.
