This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a comprehensive multi-channel consumer sales strategy: Create and execute distribution strategies that align with Humana’s objectives for Medicare Advantage growth and long-term sustainability, specifically targeting channel, agent, and consumer levels.
• Enhance NPV/LTVs: Utilize an enterprise mindset to identify opportunities that generate value through the sales organization and position customers for success on their journey with Humana.
• Internal Collaborations: Partner cross-functionally with Vice Presidents and their teams to co-develop strategies and ensure alignment with annual and five-year plans.
• Engage with other strategic teams, finance, marketing, and additional departments as necessary.
• Customer and Agent Experience: Advocate for initiatives aimed at improving the experiences of members, prospects, and agents by utilizing feedback and analytics to boost customer satisfaction and retention throughout the distribution process.
• Performance Management: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor progress, and report on results, providing data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
• Innovation: Explore new methodologies and ideas to enhance sales, value, and/or efficiency.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering results in a complex organizational environment.
• Exceptional organizational, customer service, relationship management, self-motivation, planning, interpersonal, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proven dedication to fostering business relationships (both internally and externally) while leading and motivating a team to achieve set goals.
• Capability to execute tasks to meet goals and deadlines, exhibiting a sense of urgency in addressing challenges.
• History of developing strategy, establishing and meeting defined targets, and effectively managing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent across all teams.
• Proficient in synthesizing complex information and conveying it to a diverse range of audiences, including internal and external business partners.
• Experience in supporting alternative distribution channels and influencing directions to facilitate nontraditional growth.
• Experience collaborating with and supporting senior leadership in achieving strategic objectives across segments or the enterprise as a whole.
• Executive-level presence (both written and verbal), strong analytical capabilities, and keen attention to detail.
