This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop visual assets for digital, social media, web, print, presentations, and various campaign requirements.
• Convert briefs, content, and business goals into captivating visual designs and layouts.
• Implement brand standards, design systems, and templates across both customer and internal interactions.
• Create graphics, mockups, high-fidelity screens, presentations, and other visual materials.
• Work in collaboration with writers, marketers, UX designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Modify design systems and assets for new formats, platforms, and target audiences.
• Utilize feedback, testing, and data insights to enhance designs.
• Prepare production-ready assets that adhere to quality, accessibility, and delivery standards.
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design work and personal contributions across various touchpoints.
• A solid foundation in typography, color theory, layout, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Capability to transform business and user needs into refined visual solutions.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Early career experience in applying brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and reusable components.
• Ability to ensure visual consistency across digital products, presentations, campaigns, and overall experiences.
• Knowledge of user-centered design, usability, responsive design, and accessibility principles.
• Early career experience working alongside marketing, UX, content, and development teams.
• Proficient in articulating design rationale and participating effectively in design reviews.
• Awareness of technical limitations and implementation aspects.
• Experience designing for enterprise, technology, or B2B audiences is preferred.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices is preferred.
• Experience in supporting integrated campaigns across both digital and physical environments is preferred.
• Experience in crafting executive presentations and visual storytelling materials is preferred.
• Exposure to design systems, customer experience initiatives, or product design environments is preferred.
• Experience utilizing customer insights, testing, or analytics to guide design choices is preferred.
