Associate, Vendor Management Operations – Night Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with TMU vendors.

• Collaborate with vendors to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues.

• Ensure invoices are delivered and processed in a timely manner.

• Review and assist with the onboarding process for new vendors.

• Address operational challenges swiftly and effectively.

• Oversee daily vendor operations, including following up on missing data and related coordination.

• Maintain operational documentation and assist with reporting tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Graduate in any field.

• 2–3 years of applicable experience.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven focus.

• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

• Keen attention to detail and effective organizational skills.

• Moderate data analysis proficiency.

• Familiarity with analytical SQL is a plus.

• Preferred experience in vendor management or operational processes.
