• Review and moderate audio, chat, and user interactions according to Eaze's community guidelines and safety protocols.

• Identify, investigate, and take necessary actions against abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or policy-violating content and behaviors.

• Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams for prompt resolution.

• Assess user reports, appeals, and flagged conversations to ensure fair and consistent moderation outcomes.

• Perform quality audits on moderated conversations and keep accurate moderation records.

• Track moderation trends and offer insights to enhance platform safety, policies, and user experience.

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Quality, and Trust & Safety teams to improve moderation processes.

• Manage sensitive content with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality while adhering to platform standards.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• 1–2 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Community Moderation, Quality Auditing, Customer Support, or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of online safety, community guidelines, and content moderation practices.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and Malayalam (reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory).

• Comfortable reviewing sensitive or emotionally challenging content while maintaining objectivity and professionalism.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and moderation or ticketing systems.

• High attention to detail with the capability to make consistent moderation decisions in a fast-paced setting.
