• Perform comprehensive analysis of surveillance footage to detect and document theft occurrences

• Categorize and interpret events within video feeds in accordance with established protocols

• Handle theft reports and ensure precise documentation

• Collaborate with colleagues via internal communication platforms

• Offer customer support and oversee operational tasks as required

• Update and sustain theft tracking systems
