• Drive the recommendations and adoption of Dexcom CGM products within Community and Primary Care environments, emphasizing market access activities.
• Support the implementation of real-time CGM policies at local ICS/CCG levels by facilitating new patient initiations and appropriate transitions from competitor technologies.
• Establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and internal Dexcom stakeholders to achieve territory objectives.
• Deliver product training and in-service sessions to relevant healthcare professionals using innovative and compliant engagement strategies.
• Strategically manage your territory by prioritizing accounts and activities according to customer and business needs.
• Utilize CRM and available data insights on a daily basis to identify opportunities, monitor activity, and foster sustainable sales growth.
• Contribute to enhancing Dexcom's market share and meeting sensor sales targets in alignment with company expectations and values.
• You possess some experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a similar commercial domain, or you bring strong transferable sales experience.
• You have a genuine interest in building a long-term career in medical sales and diabetes care.
• You are adept at learning and applying knowledge related to clinical practices, products, sales techniques, and market access.
• You have experience using data to plan activities, manage priorities, and enhance territory effectiveness.
• You are proficient with standard IT tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and are eager to learn CRM systems.
• You exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• You hold a valid UK driving license (with no more than 3 penalty points).
• Nice to have: Familiarity with diabetes, medical devices, or the NHS environment.
• Experience in supporting Primary or Community Care accounts.
• A degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, or evidence of relevant professional development.
