Associate Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration components of a Salesforce implementation;

• Create and provide implementation solutions to our clients, adhering to the designs established by our architectural framework;

• Grasp the requirements of a project and conduct in-depth troubleshooting for technical implementation challenges;

• Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to assist client implementations;

• Operate within an agile and cooperative environment while adhering to our established methodology;

• Work remotely while engaging with global teams to ensure delivery across different regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of any programming language, with a preference for JavaScript, Java, and Apex;

• Basic front-end development abilities (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), with LWC experience being an advantage;

• Fundamental knowledge of a version control system, with Git being preferred;

• Familiarity with the branching model, preferably Git Flow;

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities;

• Basic understanding of REST and SOAP APIs;

• Fundamental knowledge of Agile methodologies;

• Basic familiarity with Salesforce settings and tools, such as Lightning App Builder and Flow, is an advantage;

• Salesforce Associate Certified/Admin and being a Ranger on Trailhead is a plus;

• Proficiency in spoken English and Spanish will be crucial for keeping clients updated on progress and addressing any concerns.
